Denis Scutari has diverse litigation experience and has successfully represented clients in court, covering a wide range of litigation cases including commercial, employment, intellectual property and administrative matters, as well as disputes arising from breach of contract. Denis has assisted and represented various clients, ranging from individuals, professionals and small businesses, to more sophisticated clients, such as multinational corporations and large companies operating in different areas (constructions, banking, water engineering).
Denis also assists and advises clients on commercial and corporate issues in relation to their businesses. He has assisted clients in various transactions, has been involved in mergers and acquisitions projects and counseled clients on general corporate matters.
Denis has gained professional experience in several law firms where he has been involved in various projects of litigation and corporate departments, before deciding to open his own law office.
